SHIPPING

All local pick up orders from Vicksburg, Ms 39180 must be picked up at a neutral location each Tuesday(FREE). You will receive an email from us at info@epicboutique.net, text, or a direct message on social media to specify the time and location. If you are unable to meet the designated pick up time, you will be able to make arrangements or pick up the following Tuesday. Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements at info@epicboutique.net.

All Presale orders are given an estimated date that they will arrive here at Epic in the product description. Merchandise that is posted for presale has already been ordered and has already been shipped to us by the vendor. Once they are sold they, are sold out.

All products are shipped through USPS via Priority(US ONLY) for 7.99 within 1-3 Business days. International shipping is available at checkout as well.

Swag and Wreath shipping(US ONLY) has been listed separately due to higher shipping and processing cost.

USPS Priority Shipping is $7.99 per order unless you have multiple items($1 will be added per item after the $7.99). Shipping and processing for Wreath or Swag orders are $12.99($2 will be added per additional wreath or swag after the $12.99). International Shipping is available for a rate of $19.99 to the destinations listed in the international shipping option.

PROCESSING

APPAREL/ACCESSORIES

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing for orders. For T shirt orders please allow 3-5 days to process as some shirts we make. 

WREATH/SWAGS/PAINTED LETTERS

Please allow 7-14 business days to process painted letter, swag and wreath orders. Any special requests must be stated at time of checkout or by email to info@epicboutique.net.


RETURNS/

EXCHANGES

No refund or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have a question about the fit of an item please email us at info@epicboutique.net or message us on social media and we will respond promptly with to answer all questions and concerns. We will accept returns for defective items, or if we accidentally sent you the incorrect item(s) within seven (7) days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging, with the Epic Boutique tag, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase(invoice).  If your purchase warrants, you will then need to contact us via email to exchange or return the product for the same value or higher of the original purchase.  After seven (7) days, we aren't able to return/exchange whether the merchandise is defective or not.  All Chris Ola' Collection bracelets are final sale and we can not offer a return or exchange. Altering after washing or ironing product does not warrant product defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  All returns or exchange inquires should be sent by email to info@epicboutique.net.

PRODUCT CARE

T-shirts/Scarves Recommend washing on delicate cycle, tumble dry low, or hang to air dry. Do not iron over t-shirt design.
